Account & Registration

Registering at Unosyete is straightforward. Head to the Register page, fill in your full name, email address, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and chosen username and password. Once you submit the form, you'll receive a verification link or OTP to confirm your account. The whole process takes about 3 minutes. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and play on Unosyete.

No. Unosyete strictly enforces a one account per person policy. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and may result in all accounts being permanently suspended and any winnings being forfeited. If you have trouble accessing your account, contact our support team rather than creating a new one.

Go to the Login page and enter your registered username or email address along with your password. If you have two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled, you'll also need the OTP sent to your mobile number. If you've forgotten your password, click the "Forgot password?" link on the login form to receive a reset link via email.

After registering, check your email inbox (and spam folder) for the verification link we send automatically. Click it to confirm your email. For mobile verification, enter the OTP sent to your registered Philippine number. Full account verification — including ID verification for larger withdrawals — may require submitting a valid government-issued ID. Our support team will guide you through this if needed.

Log in to your account and go to Account Settings. From there you can update your email address, mobile number, and password. Note that changes to your registered name or date of birth may require identity verification. For security reasons, always update your password regularly and never share it with anyone.

The minimum deposit at Unosyete is ₱100. This applies to most payment methods including GCash and Maya. Some payment channels may have slightly higher minimums — the exact amount is displayed on the deposit screen when you select your preferred method. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts.

GCash, Maya, and GrabPay deposits are typically credited to your Unosyete wallet instantly or within a few seconds. Bank transfers via InstaPay usually arrive within 15 minutes. PESONet transfers may take up to one business day. If your deposit hasn't reflected after the expected time, contact our 24/7 support team with your transaction reference number.

Unosyete does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or e-wallet) may apply their own transaction charges. We recommend checking your provider's fee schedule before depositing. Any third-party fees are not reimbursable by Unosyete.
Withdrawals & Payouts

Log in to your account and navigate to the Wallet or Cashier section. Select "Withdraw," choose your preferred payment method (GCash, Maya, bank transfer, etc.), enter the amount, and confirm the request. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method you used to deposit whenever possible. Make sure your account is fully verified before requesting a withdrawal to avoid delays.

Unosyete aims to process all withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 1 hour during business hours for e-wallet payouts (GCash, Maya). Bank transfers may take 1 to 3 business days depending on your bank. Withdrawal requests submitted on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day. Verified members with good account standing generally experience the fastest processing times.

The minimum withdrawal amount at Unosyete is ₱500. Maximum withdrawal limits vary depending on your account verification level and payment method. Fully verified accounts enjoy higher daily and weekly withdrawal limits. For specific limit information, check the Cashier section of your account or contact our support team.

Common reasons for a delayed or declined withdrawal include: incomplete account verification, active bonus wagering requirements not yet met, withdrawal amount below the minimum, mismatched payment details, or a security review triggered by unusual account activity. If your withdrawal is delayed, check your account notifications or contact support with your withdrawal reference number.
Bonuses & Promotions

New Unosyete members receive a 100% first deposit match bonus up to ₱10,000. For example, if you deposit ₱5,000, you'll have ₱10,000 in your account to play with. The welcome bonus is automatically credited upon making your qualifying first deposit. Make sure you haven't opted out of bonuses during registration — if you're unsure, check your account settings or contact support.

Wagering requirements (also called rollover or turnover requirements) mean you need to bet the bonus amount a certain number of times before you can withdraw bonus-derived winnings. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you need to place ₱20,000 in total bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. The weekly reload bonus is available every week for active Unosyete members. Simply log in during the promotion period, make a qualifying deposit, and the bonus is automatically applied to your account. No promo code is required for most reload offers. For every friend (kabayan) you refer to Unosyete who successfully registers and makes their first deposit, you'll receive ₱500 in bonus credits. Your friend must use your referral code when signing up for the bonus to be credited. There is no cap on how many friends you can refer, so the more people you invite, the more bonus credits you accumulate. Referral bonuses are subject to standard wagering requirements.
