unosyete Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights Before You Play

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply whenever these terms are used. Reading through these first will make the rest of the document easier to follow.

By creating an account on unosyete, clicking "I Agree" during the registration process, or by accessing and using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy.

If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use the unosyete platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To be eligible to register and use the unosyete platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. unosyete strictly prohibits the use of its platform by minors. Age verification may be requested at any time during KYC procedures.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of access. unosyete is operated for the Philippine market. Access from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited may result in account suspension.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not on behalf of any commercial entity or organisation.
• You have not been previously self-excluded, barred, or banned from unosyete or any related gaming platform.
• You do not hold any employment, directorship, or ownership position with unosyete, any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology suppliers.
• You are not classified as a problem gambler under any self-exclusion scheme or court order restricting you from gambling activities.

Each eligible person may register exactly one account on unosyete. Multiple accounts opened by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment details — constitute a violation of these terms. Where multiple accounts are discovered, unosyete reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any outstanding balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. If unosyete discovers that registration information is false or materially inaccurate, the account may be suspended pending verification or closed entirely.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your unosyete login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. unosyete will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you report unauthorised access to our support team.

All deposits on unosyete are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 for most payment methods. Deposits are made to your unosyete wallet via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank Online, Visa, and Mastercard.

GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your unosyete wallet instantly under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer timelines depend on the individual bank and transfer method. unosyete does not accept cash deposits or deposits from third-party payment sources — your deposit method must be registered in your own name to be accepted.

unosyete does not charge fees on deposits from any of the listed Philippine payment methods. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside unosyete's control. Always confirm with your payment provider before transferring.

• Minimum deposit: ₱50 (most methods)
• All currencies converted to Philippine Pesos at the prevailing exchange rate if applicable
• Deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name are prohibited
• unosyete reserves the right to return a deposit and request an alternative payment method if AML requirements are triggered

unosyete processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by method — check the cashier section of your account for current minimum amounts. Withdrawals are processed in Philippine Pesos.

Requests submitted before 10 PM Philippine Standard Time on business days are processed the same day. Requests received after 10 PM are processed the following business day. unosyete aims to complete all standard withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically arrive within one to two hours after processing.

For withdrawals above certain thresholds, unosyete is required to conduct standard KYC verification before releasing funds. This is a regulatory requirement and applies universally — it is not a reflection of suspicion toward any individual player. unosyete's KYC team will contact you directly to request the necessary documents and aims to complete verification within 24 hours of receipt.

unosyete offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and other promotional benefits from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its specific terms — including eligible games, wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit, and expiry period — which are stated on the promotion's dedicated page at the time the offer is active.

General bonus conditions that apply across all unosyete promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified players with active accounts only. unosyete reserves the right to verify eligibility before crediting any bonus.
• One welcome bonus per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Multi-accounting to claim bonuses multiple times is prohibited and will result in account closure.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Bonus credits and associated winnings not wagered by the expiry date will be removed from the account.
• unosyete reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any bonus at any time. Where a bonus has already been claimed and wagering is in progress, the terms at the time of claiming apply.
• Bonuses credited in error must be returned. unosyete may reverse erroneous credits from your wallet.
• Where bonus abuse is detected — including but not limited to low-risk bet patterns designed to extract bonus value — unosyete may void the bonus and related winnings at its discretion.

All casino games available on unosyete — including slots, live baccarat, roulette, fishing games, and card games — are operated using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for virtual games, and real physical equipment and human dealers for live dealer tables. Game outcomes are determined by the game engine and are not influenced by unosyete or any player action outside of the normal game mechanics.

Each game has its own paytable, return-to-player (RTP) percentage, and rules accessible through the information icon within the game. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before wagering. unosyete accepts no responsibility for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of a game's rules.

In the event of a software malfunction, server error, or connectivity issue that causes a game to terminate abnormally, unosyete will investigate the session. Where a malfunction is confirmed, the affected round may be voided and bets returned. unosyete's decision in these cases is final.

Progressive jackpot wins on unosyete are subject to standard verification before payout. All jackpot triggers are logged by the jackpot system and cross-referenced against session records. Jackpot wins that cannot be verified by system logs may be withheld pending investigation.

The unosyete sportsbook covers PBA (all three conferences), NBA, FIBA, and other sports betting markets. All bets placed on the unosyete sportsbook are subject to these general terms and the specific sport and market rules accessible from the sportsbook section of the platform.

• Bets accepted on the unosyete platform are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player after confirmation unless a specific cash-out option is available and exercised before the event outcome is determined.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at the stated odds at the time of placement. unosyete may suspend in-play betting markets at any time without notice.
• Odds are stated in decimal format on unosyete. The stake is not included in the displayed odds figure for parlay calculations.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum completion threshold (stated per sport in sportsbook rules), bets are voided and stakes returned.
• Obvious pricing errors — where odds are clearly incorrect due to a system error — may be voided by unosyete at its discretion. Players who systematically exploit pricing errors may have their accounts reviewed.
• Maximum payout limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed in the sportsbook rules section. Bets that exceed single-event payout caps will be settled at the capped amount.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on unosyete. Any account found to be engaging in these activities will be subject to immediate suspension, investigation, and permanent closure where confirmed. Any real money balances may be withheld pending investigation of prohibited conduct.

• Multi-accounting: Opening more than one account on unosyete under any identity, for any purpose, is prohibited.
• Bonus abuse: Using low-risk wagering patterns specifically designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay engagement. This includes strategies such as betting both sides of an outcome, or placing offsetting bets.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, software tools, or any automated mechanism to place bets or interact with games on unosyete.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market on unosyete.
• Match fixing or inside information: Using non-public information to gain an advantage in sports betting markets on unosyete is prohibited and may be referred to relevant authorities.
• Money laundering: Using unosyete accounts to launder funds. All transactions are monitored for AML compliance. Suspicious activity is reported to relevant authorities.
• Account sharing or transfer: Sharing your account credentials with another person or transferring funds between accounts is prohibited.
• Fraudulent chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback after using deposited funds to wager is considered fraudulent. unosyete reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds obtained through fraudulent chargebacks.

unosyete reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Common reasons for account action include: breach of these Terms and Conditions, failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe, suspected fraudulent activity, suspected underage use, a player's own request for self-exclusion, or a legal or regulatory requirement.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, unosyete may retain the account balance to offset any losses suffered as a result of that breach. Where closure is initiated for other reasons — such as regulatory requirements or at the player's own request — any verifiable real money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after standard processing checks.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting unosyete support at support@unosyete.best. Account closure requests will be processed within two business days. Existing pending bets will continue to settle normally unless a responsible gaming self-exclusion has been applied, in which case all pending bets are voided and stakes returned.

All content on the unosyete platform — including but not limited to the unosyete brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and all associated materials — is the intellectual property of unosyete or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the unosyete platform for personal gaming and betting purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any unosyete platform content or technology.

unosyete operates the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain continuous uptime and service quality, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events outside our control may temporarily affect platform availability.

unosyete's liability to any player in connection with the platform is limited to the real money balance in that player's unosyete wallet at the time of any claim. unosyete is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of potential gaming winnings, data loss, or losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to keep their credentials secure.

Game results, sporting event outcomes, and jackpot awards are determined by certified systems outside unosyete's direct control. unosyete accepts no liability for losses arising from gaming or betting results that are unfavourable to the player.

The collection, processing, and protection of your personal data on unosyete is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an account on unosyete, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

unosyete collects personal data strictly as required for account management, payment processing, identity verification, regulatory compliance, and fraud prevention. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. All data is processed in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines.

You have the right to request access to the personal data unosyete holds about you, request corrections, and in certain circumstances request deletion. To exercise these rights, contact our support team at support@unosyete.best.

unosyete is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the platform. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable pastime — not a source of financial stress or personal harm. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all unosyete account holders at any time from their account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap. Limits take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits require a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session time reminders: Receive a notification after a set playing session duration to remind you of the time spent on the platform.
• Cooling-off period: Take a temporary break from unosyete for a specified period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days). During a cooling-off period, the account remains open but access to games and the sportsbook is suspended.
• Self-exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from unosyete. Self-exclusion is processed immediately and cannot be reversed within the stated exclusion period. All pending bets are voided and real money balance returned on self-exclusion.

Where changes are material — meaning they substantively affect players' rights or obligations — unosyete will provide reasonable notice through a notice on the platform and/or an email to your registered address at least seven days before the changes take effect.

For minor or administrative amendments (such as clarifications, corrections of typographical errors, or updates to reflect changes in payment providers), unosyete may update the terms without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

Continued use of the unosyete platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept amended terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account by contacting support@unosyete.best.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the unosyete platform, these terms, or any transaction conducted on the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Before initiating any formal dispute, players are encouraged to contact unosyete's customer support team at support@unosyete.best to attempt informal resolution. unosyete is committed to responding to all formal complaints within five business days and to working in good faith to resolve disputes fairly.

In the event of any conflict between the English version of these Terms and Conditions and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
